Dean Glettig
Dean Glettig is Senior Director of Product Development at Finch Therapeutics. Dean has been a lead in development and scale-up of all products since he started at Finch in 2016 and was the CMC lead on the partnership program with Takeda. Prior to joining Finch, he worked in the Langer Lab at MIT, where he developed novel oral drug delivery technologies. This resulted in the filing of 4 patents and the start of a spin-off company.
Dean received his BSc & MSc in Chemistry from ETH Zurich and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University.
Aarti Kapoor
Aarti Kapoor is Chief Executive Officer of VMG Consumer Acquisition Corp., a consumer and retail focused SPAC sponsored by VMG Partners. Ms. Kapoor is a seasoned financial services executive with 14 years of experience in investment banking, spending the majority of her career covering high-growth consumer and retail companies across both M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining VMG Consumer Acquisition Corp. in June 2021, Ms. Kapoor was a senior investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where she built out the firm’s coverage of leisure, lifestyle and wellness companies and led the new disruptive growth coverage effort within consumer and retail investment banking. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ms. Kapoor was an investment banker at Moelis & Company, where she covered consumer and retail companies and built one of Wall Street’s first coverage platforms focused on the health and wellness industry. Ms. Kapoor has advised several marquee brands across the consumer and retail universe including Barry's Bootcamp, Casper, Caribou Coffee, F45 Training, Flywheel Sports, Indigo Wild, LaserAway, Vega, and various others. Ms. Kapoor has been recognized by various outlets for her work in pioneering coverage of the health and wellness industry on Wall Street, listed to "Forbes 30 Under 30" in Finance, Business Insider's "Rising Stars" of Wall Street, and featured in publications by Bloomberg, ESPN, Yahoo! Finance and more. Ms. Kapoor began her career as an investment banker at Citi covering the technology sector. Ms. Kapoor received her B.A. with Honors in Economics from Harvard College with a Citation in Spanish Language.

Vincent (Vin) Miceli, founded Verb in 2018 and has served as the CEO since its inception. He defined the vision and strategy and is leading the company through multiple phases of rapid growth.
Verb is an AI accountability partner and life coach in one. Verb focuses on improving daily habits in small increments, as a method to addressing overall wellness. With stints on Wall Street, Vin is a dedicated serial entrepreneur and the founder and owner for Body Blueprint Gym. He earned his BA degree in Business and Finance from Sacred Heart University.

Meridith Cass
Meridith is the Founder and CEO of Nix, a consumer health data startup, spun out of Harvard. The initial product is a sweat sensor that informs athletes, soldiers, and laborers of their fluid losses, electrolyte losses, and sweat composition in real-time. The platform also generates personalized predictive data for fluid and electrolyte needs.
A serial company starter, Meridith has worked closely with several Boston and New York-based venture capital firms in the creation of seven life science and consumer startups prior to Nix. Meridith sits on the board of several companies and non-profits including Girls on the Run of Greater Boston, Consumer Technology Association’s Health and Fitness Technology Division, and the Cambridge Friends School, of which she is an alumna.
Meridith is a college basketball player-turned-marathoner who has completed 9 marathons, including the all of the World Major Marathons. She received her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College where she received the Anna Pell Wheeler Prize for Mathematics, and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Meridith is a Kauffman Fellow as well as a Harvard Business School Blavatnik Fellow.
Kirk Michie
For more than 30 years, Kirk has worked with entrepreneurs, closely held business owners, and high net worth families to achieve their strategic planning, liquidity, investment, and legacy objectives. In client facing, strategic, and senior management roles, Michie has raised and deployed more than $1 billion of capital, been involved with evaluating more than 2,000 direct investments, and participated as principal or advisor on the purchase of 21 businesses, and the sale or recapitalization of more than 30 companies.
Kirk has been a frequent speaker and panelist at Association for Corporate Growth events, Vistage and Entrepreneurs Organization panels, ECHELON Capital’s Deals & Dealmakers Summits, and Tiburon Strategic Advisors CEO Summits, where he was a member of the Financial Advisors Roundtable. Additionally, Michie built AB Bernstein’s Quarterly M&A Roundtable, a gathering of the area’s top dealmakers from venture capital, private equity, legal, accounting, and finance, which was replicated across the US for the firm.
