Arlette van der Veer
In my current role I am part of the Radical Innovation Team in the Transformation Office at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Our purpose is to orchestrate the innovation ecosystem of KLM. This ecosystem shows us which innovation is done where, by whom, on which topic. Our team is one of 12 innovation hubs throughout the company forming our innovation ecosystem.
Our team establishes new cooperation opportunities with commonly-like creators in enterprises from the private sector, governments, universities, start-ups and individual entrepreneurs and connect them to our own innovation pioneers.
Additionally I am part of the Mainport Innovation Fund as Limited Partner. Together with the MIF (mainportinnovationfund.nl) we review national and international start-ups.
We are always looking for startups with a working MVP (Minimum viable product) and paying customers in the fields of sustainability, clean technology, reducing waste, VR & AR travel, robotics, AI for network planning, mobility on demand, blockchain, internet of things, new manufacturing & repairs, travel healthcare, cyber security, data & analytics and API's.
As Aeronautical Engineer my focus lies in seeking, experimenting and implementing technological opportunities cross-divisional through KLM. Reach out to me for cooperation possibilities when you are a knowledge institute, university or a startup.
