Ian Wardell, JD is a privacy and security professional with expertise grounded in a deep understanding of the legal and technical aspects of privacy. His work focuses on real-world technical solutions, ensuring compliance and safeguarding data privacy across highly regulated sectors.
Before joining Gusto, Ian was involved in Artificial Intelligence Research at Intel, where he published conference papers, developed models, and contributed to industry ISO Standards for safer data utilization. Prior to this, Ian specialized in Intellectual Property and data protection at Mertzel Law PLLC, where he navigated complex legal landscapes to protect IP and data compliance. Ian has also worked as a manager, and high-performance compute systems administrator, at Rutgers University.
Ian holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law as well as a Masters in Cybersecurity and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Political Science from Rutgers University. His academic research includes publications on Product Liability Applied to Automated Decisions, Client-Side Malware Scanning In 802.1x Network Authentication, and AI & Machine Learning in Anomaly Detection.

Myriah Jaworski is a Data Privacy partner at Clark Hill. Focusing her practice on the intersection of law and technology, Myriah represents clients in defense of data breach class actions, privacy torts and statutory claims (IRPA/BIPA/VPPA/CIPA), pixel tacking and commercial surveillance matters, internet defamation, technology disputes, and media liability claims. Myriah defends clients in response to regulatory inquiries and investigations arising out of data incidents and privacy practices, including before state Attorney General offices, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Human and Health Services – Office of Civil Rights (HHS/OCR). Myriah litigates in many state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States. Myriah has defended clients in headline-making cyber bullying and data breach class actions, obtained a first-of-its-kind federal trial damages award in a misdirected wire transfer/business email compromise case, and represented the app developer at the center of the Cambridge Analytica matter in federal court proceedings. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, United States (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional, Europe (CIPP/E) as certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Myriah began her career as a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).

Saraswathy is a PET (Privacy Enhancing Technologies) Engineer in HP’s Global Privacy Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE).
In her role within the CoE, Sara works to apply a variety of PETs to enterprise scale use cases across the company. In her role she blends the theoretical underpinnings of PETs with a practical focus on business value and risk.
She earned her PhD in Mathematics from University of Cincinnati where her research focused on post quantum cryptography.
She has since worked on researching and developing solutions in privacy using multiple technologies including MultiParty Computation (MPC), Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) and Differential Privacy (DP).

Ross Parker is the Head of Data Governance and Privacy Compliance for S&P Global Inc. In his current role, Ross leads the strategic planning, management, and direction of S&P Global's Privacy program. Ross has coordinated, or overseen, all stages of the implementation of compliance programs, policies and procedures for GDPR, CCPA, and emerging privacy regulations across the world.
Ross works with his team to assess S&P Global’s existing data management and privacy practices, identifying risk areas and opportunities for improvement, and provide global-level guidance and oversight for privacy compliance operations across the enterprise.
Ross currently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia and, when not working, enjoys skiing, playing music, and spending time with his two daughters

Previously, he was a lead researcher at Comcast working on various projects in recommendations, search and speech domains involving sketching and bandit approaches among others. Prior to that he was a postdoctoral research fellow at Rutgers University after having obtained his PhD in matrix factorizations applied to brain imaging data.

Grady is the global privacy lead for Data Analytics, and Loyalty, managing a global team of experts that provide strategic data and privacy advice to Mastercard's fast-growing data analytics and loyalty business. He also plays an important role in the implementation of privacy enhancing technologies (PETs), spearheading efforts to be on the cutting edge of product and technology design.
Prior to Mastercard, Grady was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP and a member of the firm's Privacy & Cybersecurity group.
